Marketplace use
InfluencerMoney connects brands and influencers. Users must provide accurate information and comply with local law, social platform rules, and sponsored-content disclosure requirements.
Influencer pricing and commission
Influencers choose their package prices. Content creation is separate from publishing unless explicitly included. The platform commission is 10% of agreed package and content creation charges on eligible completed bookings, before separately disclosed processing fees or taxes.
Payments and completion
Live payments and payouts are not available. Do not interpret a saved campaign draft as a confirmed booking, paid order, or guaranteed availability. Once configured, payments will be verified through the payment provider, and each booking will require delivery evidence and customer review.
Refunds and disputes
Cancellation windows, review deadlines, refund rules, dispute procedures, and payout timing are not finalized. They must be clearly disclosed and agreed before any live booking. Multiple-influencer bookings will be resolved independently.
Fair platform participation
Use the platform for campaign bookings and payments when live transactions become available. Legitimate portfolio links and normal conversation do not automatically imply wrongdoing. No advertising results, audience reach, or unique viewers are guaranteed.
